In Sweden Delphi is one of the most active advisors, measured by volume, and is ranked as number seven in the league table. According to the Unquote Nordic Report 2010, that covers the private equity market in the Nordic region, Delphi is ranked as second, after Vinge, among the region’s most active legal advisors in private eqity related transactions since 2007. Delphi and Jones Day advise Sherwin Williams in the acquisition of Becker Acroma Industrial Wood Coatings Delphi and Jones Day advise The Sherwin Williams Company in relation to the acquisition of Becker Acroma Industrial Wood Coatings from AB Wilhelm Becker. The transaction is expected to be completed in the third quarter of this year. American The Sherwin Williams Company, with its head office in Cleveland, Ohio, is listed as an American Fortune 500 company and produces, distributes and sells laminate and related products to resellers and professional customers in the industrial and trade sectors. The acquisition means that Sherwin Williams may enforce its global presence and extend the service to its customers. Becker Acroma, with its head office in Stockholm, is with more than 900 employees and an annual turnaround of approximately USD 300 million, one of the world's largest producers of industrial paints and coatings. The conference hotel was the Hotel Steigenberger-Herrenhof, which is centrally situated and very comfortable.
