A statement of the areas of law in which the applicant firm can demonstrate active practice and expertise, giving proportion -in percentage- of total fees produced by each area of law.
A statement of the turnover of the firm as follows:
- Overall
- International business
- Average hourly fee for each category of fee earners
- Whether contingency fees allowed and if so on what basis
Details of the offices of the applicant firm, including:
- Size
- Location in relation to the business centre
- Facilities
- Infrastructure including IT resources
- System for internal quality control
Details of professional indemnity insurance cover
- Insurer and amount of cover
- Limit and Geographical area
- Claims made in last three years
A short account of the firm’s money laundering policy
Whether applicant firm is a member of any other legal network, stating:
